Agreement

By using our website or messaging our Instagram assistant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. Heartech is a retailer of new and certified pre-owned mobile devices and accessories, based in Zimbabwe.

The assistant

Our Instagram assistant answers messages automatically and is handed over to a member of staff when a request needs judgement. It is offered as a convenience: we do not guarantee that it is always available, that it replies instantly, or that every automated answer is free of error. For anything that matters — a price you are about to pay, a warranty term, a repair diagnosis — ask for confirmation from a member of staff.

Prices, stock and quotes

Prices and availability are quoted in good faith at the time of the message and can change without notice. Stock is not held for you until we confirm a reservation. A quote, including a trade-in valuation, is an estimate and is not binding until we have inspected the device and confirmed it in writing. Where a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

A sale is concluded when we confirm your order and payment is settled. Ownership of an item passes to you once it is paid for in full. We never ask for card numbers, PINs or one-time passcodes over Instagram — treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to us.

Devices, warranty and returns

New devices carry the manufacturer's warranty. Certified pre-owned devices are tested and IMEI-verified, and carry the Heartech warranty stated on your invoice; being pre-owned, they may show cosmetic wear. Warranty cover excludes liquid damage, physical damage, unauthorised repair and normal battery wear. Your rights under Zimbabwean consumer law are not affected by anything in these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use our service to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content, to spam or automate messages against us, to impersonate someone else, or to attempt to interfere with our systems. We may stop replying to, or block, any account that does.

Intellectual property

The Heartech name, site content and product photography are ours or our licensors', and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Heartech is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.; product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data, lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the website or the assistant. Back up your device before handing it in for repair or trade-in. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Third-party platforms

Instagram is operated by Meta Platforms, not by us. Its availability, message delivery and data handling are governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with the date it took effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and disputes fall to the courts of Zimbabwe.
