Delete your data.
You can ask us to erase the personal information we hold about you, including everything you have sent to our Instagram assistant.

How to make a request
Choose whichever is easiest — both reach the same team:
- On Instagram: send our account the message DELETE MY DATA. The conversation you are writing from identifies you, so nothing else is needed.
- By email: write to privacy@heartech.tech with the subject “Data deletion request”, and include the Instagram handle, phone number or email address you used with us so we can find your records.
You can also WhatsApp +263 775 402 327 if you would rather speak to someone.
What happens next
We confirm receipt, check that the request comes from the account holder, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We write back to confirm what was erased and what, if anything, we had to keep.
What gets deleted
- Your Instagram conversation history with us, including attachments, and the stored Instagram-scoped user ID that links it to you.
- Your customer profile: name, phone number, email address and delivery addresses.
- Enquiries, quotes and reservations that never became an order.
What we may have to keep
Completed sales, invoices and repair or warranty records are financial records, and the law requires us to retain them for a set period. Where that applies we keep the minimum needed — typically the transaction and the device serial — and we do not use those records to contact you again. They are deleted once the retention period ends.
Deleting your data with us does not delete the copy Meta holds of your Instagram messages. To remove those, use the privacy controls in the Instagram app.
